Trinity differentiates from the other by providing board members as much information as they need and want to know. Bank access is available upon request. The ability to pull reports and send communications is also an option to assist with the governance. Best software with integrated banking, AP approvals and the ability to pull reports makes serving on the board an enjoyable task. Able to do online meetings or participate in person – The Board members can make those decisions to work with their preference.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Trinity does not charge vendor set up fees and the Board of Directors makes all the hiring decisions. We also process payments weekly and so vendors that work with us like that they are promptly paid.

We encourage CD investments and maximizing the use of the HOA monies. We also negotiated a higher yield return on the Reserve accounts. A solid banking relationship is the key to our success and the banking is integrated with the software allowing for the daily balances to be updated.
